You Do Not Have to Do This Alone.

Guidance and encouragement from trained individuals with lived experience.

What This Service Is About

Peer Support Services provide encouragement, guidance, and mentorship from trained individuals who have lived experience with mental health or substance use recovery. These services are built on connection, shared understanding, and practical support.

Peer Support Specialists help individuals stay motivated, set achievable goals, and remain accountable in their recovery journey. While peers do not provide clinical therapy, they play a powerful role in reinforcing hope, stability, and real-world problem-solving.

Sometimes the most meaningful support comes from someone who has walked a similar path.

We believe lived experience, when properly trained and supported, becomes a powerful clinical asset.
